This recipe is super fast, great if you are in a rush for breakfast or lunch, being really tasty as well satisfyingly nourishing at the same time
Ingredients
Serves 1-2
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 Ration of bacon (sliced into strips)
1 Slice of smoky cheddar
1 Tomato sliced
2 Chestnut button mushrooms
10g Chopped chives
2 tsp Méline's Chilli sauce
1 knob Butter
Method
To start, beat the eggs with two tsp of Chilli sauce until mixed well.
Soaté (fry) the bacon and mushrooms in a small frying pan, once cooked tip them out onto a warm plate, wipe the pan with one piece of kitchen paper.
Place a knob of butter into the pan, once it is foaming add the egg, stir with a spatula and stop when it is almost set but still a little bit runny on top.
Put the bacon and mushroom on top in the middle, as well as the sliced tomato, the cheese, and then the chopped chives (saving a little for presentation).
Now you can add a little more Chilli sauce if you like at this stage too, 😋🌶🌶
Fold over and then serve straight away.

To get a jar of Meline's Chilli Sauce then I highly recommend it for this recipe, however, if you do not like things too spicy then no need.
